We accept full priced returns that are submitted via our Returns Center within 7 days of receipt. All sale and flash sale items are final sale and are non refundable.
Returns are eligible for a refund or store credit
Due to the limited amount of stock, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you wish to change your size or style, we recommend you repurchase and return your original order for a refund or gift card in accordance with our return conditions.
We pride ourselves on offering high-quality, contemporary fashion for women. As a result, we take great care to ensure that every item we sell is in pristine condition when it leaves our warehouse. To maintain the high standards of our brand, we kindly request that all returned items are in their original condition, with no signs of wear, including deodorant and/or makeup marks. We understand that trying on clothing may result in slight creases or wrinkles, but we cannot accept items that have been visibly worn or soiled. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet this requirement. In such cases, the garments will be shipped back to the customer at the customers' cost, and a refund will not be processed. To avoid this issue, we suggest using a scarf or other cloth to cover the face when trying on tops or dresses. This can help prevent makeup from transferring onto the garment and leaving unsightly marks. We also recommend trying on garments when clean and without wearing deodorant or other lotions, which can leave stains or marks. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the quality of our products.
Please submit your return request through our Returns Center. You'll need your order number (PG-xxxx) and email address.
1. Select the item(s) to be returned and return reason
2. We'll review your return request within two business days. If you don't receive an email within this timeframe, please email us at customerservice@parisgeorgiastore.com. Please note sometimes our emails are misdirected to spam so please check these folders.
3. After approval, download and print the returns label.
4. Pack all the returned items in its original packaging, along with a print out of your confirmation of purchase email and attach the label to the box.
5. Schedule a pickup at a preferred location.
6. You will receive an email when a refund or store credit is issued.
Returns are partly subsidised by Paris Georgia however a small fee will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping costs.
