The Collective is a personalised loyalty programme where you earn points on qualifying purchases. These points allow you to move up through the levels of the programme where you can access exclusive rewards.

How do I earn points? ↓
You earn points by logging into your account and making purchases on parisgeorgia.com.
In order to collect points for a purchase, you must be logged-in to your account when the purchase is completed. Therefore, you should ensure that you are logged into your account when making all purchases.
Whenever you make any purchase from Paris Georgia through the Website, you will accumulate loyalty points based on the amount spent. For every one (1) dollar/unit of your local currency you spend with Paris Georgia (such currencies being limited to New Zealand Dollars, Australian Dollars, US Dollars, Great British Pounds, and Euro), you will receive one (1) Loyalty Point.
How do I know my collective points balance and level status? ↓
Points will be accumulated in your account and displayed on your account dashboard under ‘Membership Status’, you will also be emailed your points balance after you have placed an order.
Why have I been upgraded? ↓
When your level upgrades this means you have earned enough points in the last 24 months to qualify for the next level.
Why has my level been downgraded? ↓
Your level for the next 24 months depends on the number of points you have earned by the date of your level expiry. If you’ve moved down by a level, it’s because you haven’t met the qualifying Loyalty Points total by your level expiry date.
How do I find / use my available level benefits? ↓
Paris Georgia benefits will either be:
Applied at checkout;
Emailed to you;
Delivered to your current address as shown in Paris Georgia’s records; or
Made available for collection at a location notified to you.
Can I gift my loyalty points to someone else? ↓
Loyalty Points are not transferrable or giftable. Your Loyalty Points cannot be combined with anyone else’s points or sold, assigned or transferred.
Loyalty Points cannot be redeemed for cash, gift cards or any Paris Georgia products and services, except as expressly set out in the Terms & Conditions

What can I do with my points? ↓
Loyalty Points allow you to graduate through the levels of The Collective. The higher your level, the more rewards you will receive.
What happens to my collective points when I return an item or cancel my order? ↓
Loyalty Points will be deducted related to a purchase that is cancelled or refunded.
When do my Collective points expire? ↓
We will periodically review your Loyalty Points balance and recent purchases to determine whether you are eligible to keep your points.
Each review will occur 24 months after you most recently attained either Loyalty Level 2 or Loyalty Level 3, and each subsequent 12 months after that date.
Eligibility to remain at the then-current level will be determined by Paris Georgia applying the following criteria:
Level 1:
No review.
Level 2:
If you have accumulated 500 or more points while at Level 2 in the immediately previous 12 months, then your Loyalty Level will remain at Level 2 for another 12 months (i.e. until the next review).
If not, your Loyalty Level will be changed to Level 1 and your Loyalty Point balance will be reduced to 0.
Level 3:
If you have accumulated 1,000 or more points while at Level 3 in the immediately previous 12 months, then your Loyalty Level will remain at Level 3 for another 12 months (i.e. until the next review).
If not, your Loyalty Level will be changed to Level 2 and your Loyalty Point balance will be reduced to 2,000.
How long will I stay at my level? ↓
Paris Georgia will periodically review your Loyalty Points balance and recent purchases to determine whether you are eligible to remain at your then-current level in the Loyalty Programme.
Each review will occur 24 months after you most recently attained either Loyalty Level 2 or Loyalty Level 3, and each subsequent 12 months after that date.
